The workouts in each phase build off of each other & you can progress at your own pace. You can begin this program a early as DAY ONE postpartum OR whenever you are ready to get back to exercise (even months, years postpartum). Frequently Asked Questions
When can I begin the program?
This program is safe to begin as early as day 1/week 1 postpartum for either a vaginal or c-section birth. It is also never too late to start. Whether you are weeks, months, or years postpartum, this program will help you build a solid foundation of core & pelvic health and progressively build strength!
What type of equipment do I need?
Some equipment that would be helpful to perform the exercises in the program includes: pilates or small kids ball, long resistance band (1-2), loop resistance band, yoga block, dumbbells (light, medium, heavy).

Do I need to be cleared by my doctor before starting?
It is always recommended you check with your doctor before starting an exercise program. This program is completely safe to begin before your 6-week check-up as all exercises in the first 6 weeks are focused on reconnecting to our muscles, retraining functional movements, breathwork, & mobility! If you have a health condition, are on bed rest, or have other restrictions, please check with your provider first.
How long are the workouts in the program?
In phase 1 (~0-6 weeks), the movement sessions can take anywhere between 10-20 minutes. It's all about making it work for you & the time you have! Phase 2 & phase 3 both include 4 workouts/week, with each being ~25-30 minutes to complete. Phase 4 is all about return to running/HIIT readiness & exercises to focus on.
What is the cost & how long do I get access to the program?
The price of the program is $139. You get lifetime access to the program and any updates/changes that are made!
