Pricing & Insurance Information

you do not need a physician's referral to see a physical therapist in the state of ohio
Benefits of a Cash-based Physical Therapist:

When patients go through insurance for physical therapy, insurance dictates the treatment plan.

A cash-based model allows your physical therapist to determine what is the best treatment for you without needing approval from your insurance company. This allows me to...
  • Spend more one-on-one time with each patient
  • Address multiple problems at once
  • Perform any treatment that we determine is best for you
  • Have transparent pricing

Often, working with a cash-based physical therapist, can end up being less expensive than going through your insurance as we often require less total visits, which also means less time spent traveling to and from sessions.

I can also provide you with a Superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of part or all of your treatment.

I do accept HSA/FSA also!
